Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

DraftKings is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in London, England. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage online web chat platform to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor chat interactions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, and provide resolutions to customer queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement. - Develop and maintain knowledge base resources for chat agents to ensure accurate and consistent responses to customer inquiries. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve performance.

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues effectively. - Proficiency in chat management platforms and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. - Experience in the gaming or sports industry is a plus.
