Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through web chat services - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, technical issues, and general questions - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and planning abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience using online chat platforms and customer service software preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
