Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Procter & Gamble is currently seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, possess strong analysis skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting - Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
