Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with any issues. 2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and maintain a positive interaction with customers. 3. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Maintain a high level of adaptability to handle various customer scenarios and maintain a confident demeanor at all times. 6. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 7. Manage time effectively to prioritize customer inquiries and meet established response time goals.
