Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Online Web Chat Representative to join our team at General Motors in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will interact with customers in real-time, answering their queries, providing information about products and services, and assisting with any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat. 2. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and technical support. 3. Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and offer solutions. 4. Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers. 5. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction metrics. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong research and strategic planning skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 7. Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 8. Reliable and punctual.
