Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Web Chat Representative to join our team at Dick’s Sporting Goods in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support through online web chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and orders. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to meet their needs. 4. Present product information accurately and promote sales by recommending products to customers based on their preferences. 5. Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in responses. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and provide feedback on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5.
