Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, adaptable, and possess strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online web chat platforms to provide support and assistance to customers - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Assist with online sales and promotions as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers online - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with online chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail best practices - Degree in a related field is a plus
