Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

DISH Network is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via web chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize various software tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. 5. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with customers. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training to better assist customers. 8. Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate personality with a strong desire to help customers. 2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms. 6. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes. 7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
