Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual who possesses excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize customer service skills to create a positive experience for all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
