Job Description:
Zoom is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position based in London, England, UK, with the flexibility to work part-time hours. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Zoom software and hardware. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. 4. Providing training and support to customers on how to use Zoom's products and services effectively. 5. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in strategic planning and adaptability.
