Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at Kohl’s in London, England. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner 2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers 3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service 5. Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory to ensure products are readily available for customers 6. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate to customers 7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner 8. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking personality traits 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 4. Basic math skills and attention to detail 5. Prior retail experience preferred but not required
