Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to clients - Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Documenting all client interactions and resolutions in the company database - Providing product support and guidance to clients - Proactively identifying areas for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Confident and dedicated individual with strong decision-making skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a remote setting - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with technical terminology and troubleshooting techniques - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
