Job Description - Remote Support Associate

Job Description:


Dillard’s, a leading department store chain, is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or remote assistance role.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the team lead - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to strategically plan and prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
