Collibra is seeking a dedicated and confident Support Associate to join our team remotely from London, England. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing solutions and guidance to clients. 3. Collaborating with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. 5. Assisting with training and onboarding new clients on our software products. 6. Providing feedback to the product development team to improve the user experience. 7. Keeping up to date with product updates and new features to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead in challenging situations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 5. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support processes. 7. Confidence in dealing with customers and providing excellent service.
