Job Description:
Disney is looking for a Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients and customers in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Disney products and services - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Independent and motivated individual - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
