Job Description:
Lennar, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team members, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating office supplies. 2. Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth collaboration. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for team members, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. 4. Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and increase productivity. 5. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. 6. Analyze data and prepare reports to help improve decision-making and optimize performance. 7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. 4. Resourceful and adaptable, able to think on your feet and find creative solutions to challenges. 5. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
