Job Description:
Alcoa is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address them. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of support services with other business functions. 5. Develop and implement training programs for support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Create and maintain detailed reports on support activities, including key performance indicators and metrics. 7. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide support policies and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve the quality of service.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer support. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Motivated and driven personality traits. 5. Excellent time management and strategic planning skills. 6.
