Job Description:
Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in technical support and team management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a remote support team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and technical issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the team. 3. Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports on team performance to senior management. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed. 5. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is providing cutting-edge support services. 7. Develop and implement processes to streamline support operations and improve customer satisfaction. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Previous experience managing a remote support team. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and improve processes. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Motivated and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. 7. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
