Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


Celanese is seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our dynamic team based in London, England, UK. As a part-time position, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the remote technical support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and troubleshooting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a technical support role, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of remote technical support specialists to ensure optimal performance and productivity. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline remote support operations and improve overall efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for professional development. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and development. 6. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team is equipped to provide top-notch support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 4. Energetic and adaptable personality traits, with a high level of adaptability and attention to detail. 5. Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.
