Job Description:
Old Republic International is seeking a driven and independent Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support services.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are consistently met or exceeded. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on new products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred. 4. Strong people management and persuasion skills. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. A proactive and results-driven mindset. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
