Job Description: Alaska Air Group is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in London, England. The Support Manager will be responsible for providing assistance and support to various departments within the company. This individual will work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the support team - Coordinate with various departments to provide timely and effective support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement support strategies to improve department efficiency - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and develop support team members - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new support staff - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and operations

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
