Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care, consumer tissue, and professional products, is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by providing leadership and support to our team members. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of support staff, including setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the team - Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement - Support the team in achieving their goals and deadlines


Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional support to team members and customers - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership experience in a support role - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
