Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Visteon, a leading global technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing high-quality support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to meet client needs and expectations. 3. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve support services.


Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and motivate others. 5. Experience in negotiation and persuasion. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
