Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding, a leading distributor to the convenience retail industry, is seeking a Support Manager to work from home in London, England. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, innovative, and possess strong people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the support team. 3. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a support or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
