Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Support Manager to work from home in London, England. This position is perfect for a candidate with 8 years of experience in a support management role, looking to take their career to the next level. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations 2. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions 6. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the support team 7. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service delivery


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a support management role 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits 3. Strong people management skills 4. Attention to detail 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
