Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Dover. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home in London, England, UK.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff to ensure seamless and efficient customer service - Develop and implement support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Provide training and mentorship to support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to support services - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolution - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in support management or related field - Proven track record of successfully leading a support team and driving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Reliable and confident personality with a cooperative mindset - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
