Job Description:
Level 3 Communications is currently seeking a Support Officer to work remotely from home in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Support Officer will be responsible for providing essential support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members and senior management. 2. Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating schedules and deadlines. 3. Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations. 4. Make decisions on behalf of the company in accordance with established guidelines. 5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met within deadlines. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 10. Maintain accurate records and documentation for reference as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in a support role or similar capacity. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment. 10. Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools preferred.
