Support Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a hardworking and confident Support Representative to join our team at J.M. Smucker in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat channels 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and general support questions 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Continuously strive to improve processes and find solutions to enhance customer satisfaction 7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather feedback and insights from customers

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
