Support Representative

Job Description:

Entergy, a leading energy company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. 5. Assisting with the development of support materials and resources for customers.

Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate personality traits. 2. Attention to detail and strong project management skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred. 6. Experience working in the energy industry is a plus.
