Support Representative

Job Description:

Allstate is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Logging and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Contributing to team goals and performance targets. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and motivated individual with strong decision-making skills. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Availability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
