Remote Support Representative

Job Description: Graybar Electric, a leading distributor of electrical, communications, and data networking products, is seeking a part-time Remote Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues related to electrical, communications, and data networking products - Research and identify solutions to customer problems, escalating to higher-level support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote support processes and tools

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Creativity and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and follow-through on customer inquiries
