Support Representative

Job Description:

Verbatim is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate trends in customer issues to prevent future problems - Assist in product demonstrations and training sessions for customers - Stay current on product updates and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
