Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is entry level, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our database. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
