Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

DoorDash is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our dynamic team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to DoorDash users remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on customer inquiries. 5. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 3. Strong time management and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
