Job Description:
Newell Brands is seeking a dedicated Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in London, England. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while representing the values and image of Newell Brands.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously updating product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits to adapt to varying customer needs and situations. 3. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers. 4. Innovative mindset to propose creative solutions and improvements to processes. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting. 6. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
