Support Representative - Work from home

Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Representative. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As an entry-level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and find solutions for customers - Develop strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a strong dedication to customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Critical thinking and strategic planning skills - High school diploma or equivalent
