Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to MetLife products and services - Utilize soft skills such as teamwork and presentation to effectively communicate information to customers - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Passionate and hardworking attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software - Experience working remotely and managing time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
