Job Description:
Allstate is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Research and resolve customer complaints and concerns - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced work environment - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be legally eligible to work in the UK - Visa sponsorship available
