Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

ADP is currently seeking a part-time Support Representative to work from home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ADP clients. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ADP products and services - Provide guidance and training to clients on how to best utilize ADP's technology solutions - Document all customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent presentation and analysis skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
