Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and technical support - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience - Following company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and resourceful individual - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
