Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Support Specialist to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and employees remotely. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. Additionally, you will assist with setting up new devices, installing software, and training users on how to use systems effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely - Install and configure software and hardware for customers and employees - Provide training and guidance on using systems effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Document all support activities and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and solutions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 4+ years of experience in a technical support role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Resourceful and motivated with a passion for customer service - Project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
