Remote Support Specialist

As a Remote Support Specialist at Asbury Automotive Group, based in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in providing remote technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automotive systems and software - Document customer interactions and solutions in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote technical support
