Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team at NVR. As a part-time Associate Level position based in London, England, UK, this role will involve providing remote technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. 3. Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support or relevant departments. 4. Document all support interactions and solutions in our internal database. 5. Assist with testing and implementation of new software updates or system improvements. 6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our support processes and procedures. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. 8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay informed about emerging technologies.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Familiarity with remote support tools and software. 7. Knowledge of basic networking concepts. 8. Technical certifications or relevant degree is a plus.
