Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a passionate and resilient Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to employees in their personal and professional development. This is an entry-level part-time position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide emotional support to employees facing personal challenges. 2. Plan and coordinate support programs and activities for employees. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with employees to ensure their well-being. 4. Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. 5. Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and issues. 6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with employees. 7. Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee support and development.
