Support Specialist

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners, a leading energy company based in London, England, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be confident, motivated, possess strong persuasion and leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative, global environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders by resolving technical issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 3. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. 4. Collaborate with team members worldwide to foster a global village mentality and drive innovation. 5. Conduct training sessions for colleagues to improve their understanding of technical processes and tools.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role. 2. Confident and motivated personality with strong persuasion and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. 5. Experience with technical support tools and systems is a plus.
