Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team at Navient. As a Support Specialist, you will work from home to provide high-quality customer support and assistance to our clients in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support for our products and services - Work closely with other team members to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
