Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a reliable and driven Support Specialist to join our team in London, UK. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our team in various administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing and managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in conducting research and gathering data for projects and reports. 3. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative solutions and ideas. 4. Maintain a cooperative and positive working relationship with colleagues and external partners. 5. Support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. 6. Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses. 7. Update and maintain accurate records and databases. 8. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 7. Strong cooperation skills and a willingness to support others. 8. Ability to work from home and meet deadlines consistently.
