Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. 5.
