Job Description:
Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, who are hardworking and resilient individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Follow company guidelines and policies to uphold customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3.
