Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services on our website.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalations. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers. 5. Stay knowledgeable about SunTrust Banks products, services, and promotions. 6. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Resourceful and confident with the ability to handle challenging customer situations. 3. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
