Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join the team at Cisco's office in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with project management.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time support to customers through web chat to address inquiries, issues, and provide information about Cisco products and services. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. 3. Monitor web chat queues and prioritize incoming chats to ensure timely responses. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Assist with maintaining web chat systems and processes to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
